Our chaga is wild-harvested from Northeastern birch forests, where Inonotus obliquus grows slowly on the living tree. Nothing is cultivated; each conk is gathered by hand, in season.
Back in the workshop it's twice-extracted — a hot-water draw and a grain-alcohol draw — then brought together and cut with RO-filtered water. Three ingredients. Small batches. Nothing else.
